Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers on these reflex areas. This
action encourages the body to relax completely, enabling it to repair and heal itself. It helps reduce stress and induces deep relaxation, improves circulation, cleanses the body of toxins and impurities, balancing the whole system.

Reflexology is not a foot massage, it does not take the place of a physician but is complementary and preventative health care.

Both ears will be treated. Not to be used on clients with perforated eardrum, grommets, inflammation or infection.
